Terms of Service
1. Services Provided
Natalia's Cleaning Services provides residential cleaning services only, serving homes in Hudson, Essex, Bergen, Union, Morris, and Passaic counties, New Jersey. Our services include:
- House Cleaning (weekly, biweekly, or monthly)
- Deep Cleaning
- Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
- Post-Construction Cleaning
We do not provide commercial cleaning services.
2. Scheduling & Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand things come up — just reach out as soon as you can and we'll work with you.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you notice anything that was missed or wasn't cleaned to your standard, contact us within 24 hours and we'll come back to make it right at no additional charge.
4. Client Responsibilities
We ask that you secure pets and valuables before each visit. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces, furniture, or fixtures. If you have any concerns about specific items, please let us know ahead of time.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We'll always provide a clear quote before any work begins.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the value of the service rendered. We carry appropriate insurance and take every precaution to protect your home.
7. Privacy
Any contact information you provide through our quote request form is used solely to schedule and coordinate your cleaning service. We never sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties.
